How To Watch

Common questions about watching the sessions. Tap any one to open it.

How do I watch a session?
Click the green Click Here To Watch button under any speaker. The video appears in the large box near the top of the page and starts playing. To watch someone else, click their button and it replaces the video.
There is no sound. How do I turn it on?
Most browsers block sound until you click something on the page, so the video can start silently. Click the green Tap for sound button on the video and it restarts from the beginning with the sound on. You can also click the speaker icon in the bottom-left corner of the player and drag the volume up.
Do the sessions keep playing on their own?
Yes. When one session finishes, the next one starts automatically, so you can watch the whole day without clicking. To jump straight to a specific speaker, click their Click Here To Watch button.
How do I pause or stop a video?
Click once on the video to pause it, or click the pause button (the two vertical bars) in the bottom-left corner. It stays paused until you press play again. If you do not want it to move on to the next session, pause it before it reaches the end.
Where is the play button?
Move your mouse over the video, or tap it once on a phone. A round button with a triangle in the middle appears. Click or tap it once to start. If nothing happens, click it one more time.
The video is black or keeps spinning.
Refresh the page. On a computer, press the F5 key or click the circular arrow near the top. On a phone, pull the page down and let go. Then click Watch again.
The live session hasn’t started yet.
That is normal before Andrea goes live. HeartState LIVE starts at 12pm ET. Keep this page open and it will begin on its own at that time. If it has not started a minute after noon, refresh the page.
How do I make the video full screen?
Click the square icon in the bottom-right corner of the video. To go back to normal, click it again or press the Esc key.
It says the video is unavailable.
Make sure you are connected to the internet. If you are on a work or school network, it may block videos. Try again on your phone or home computer, or open the page in a different browser like Chrome or Safari.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. The page works on a phone, tablet, or computer, and there is nothing to download.
How long do I have to watch today’s sessions?
Today is the last day of the summit. Every session stays free through the replay weekend, until midnight ET Sunday, October 18. If you want to keep them after that, the VIP All-Access Pass gives you all 35 sessions for life.
